Below is an example of what you usually prepare. Occasionally we make minor changes to suit local availbilities of produce. At all times we guarantee the quality of our food and just know you you will not be dissapointed...

Fresh fruit is included throughout your trip and a range of soft drink refreshments are available for just a small amount.. We cater for all dietary requirements from vegetarian to gluten intolerant and we are happy to help with any special occasions aboard like birthdays and anniversaries. Here’s a sample of what you can look forward to feasting upon while you cruise the beautiful Whitsundays aboard Whitsunday Blue...

Day One

Arrival Exotic tropical/seasonal fruit selection Pineapple, Rock melon, Mango and kiwi fruit , Seasonal fruits grown locally

Sunset
Antipasto Including stuffed olives, marinated eggplant, King Island Cheeses and gourmet dips.

Entree
Locally caught fresh Australian prawns served with a thousand island dressing on a bed of rocket lettuce.

Dinner
Flamed barbecue Tuscan chicken served with a fresh Greek salad, Lashings of Fetta, Sun dried tomatoes and kalamata olives.. Accompanied with oven baked crisp herb dinner rolls.
Suggested wine Western Australian Sauvignon Blanc

Dessert
New York style cheese cake with berry coulis

Brewed Coffee and a selection of teas are always available

Day 2

Breakfast
Fresh fruit platter, Swiss museli, cereals, fresh oven warmed croissants
Morning Tea. Brewed Coffee and a selection of teas

Morning Tea
Fresh plunger Coffee with a selection of home made cakes

Lunch
Superb smorgasbord- Tasmania smoked salmon, champagne leg ham, waldorf salad, spinach and pine nut salad, traditional greek salad with wholegrain and scotch rolls.

Afternoon Tea
Mrs Fields fudge cookies and tea/coffee and hot chocolate.

Sunset
Fine dips accompanied by crispy strip vegetables and savoury flavoured.

Dinner
Rib fillet steak your choice of Mushroom, pepper or garrlic butter sauces. Served with potato gratin and steamed vegetables. Accompanied by cheese and herb ciabatta bread. Suggested wine a Barossa Valley Merlot.

Dessert
Individual Creme brulee with fresh King Island cream.

Day 3

Breakfast
"Whitsunday Blue Hot Breakfast" - Bacon, eggs (scrambled, fried or poached) with grilled tomato, mushrooms on toasted English muffins Morning Tea Assorted berrie and chocolate muffins. Tea/coffee and hot chocolate.

Lunch
Caesar Salad, Potato salad, pasta salad, marinated oven roasted chicken pieces served with crunchy fresh rolls.

Whitsunday Blue is a BYO vessel, but please call ahead and we can forward a wine list to you, This way we can pre purchase your wine and have it waiting chilled onboard for you..

Always available on board are our large fruit baskets along with tea and coffee making facilities
