If you like the view, you'll love our rooms! Nestled in a natural amphitheatre directly opposite a secluded beach and on the waterfront is Airlie Beach's newest resort development. 14 luxury 1 & 2 bedroom self-contained air-conditioned villas with large balconies, guest lounges and stunning views of the islands. Only a short walk to Abel Point Marina and central Airlie Beach. All Holiday Units are four star standard and totally self contained. They feature a tropical themed furniture package complete with laundry, air-conditioning, full kitchens, microwave, dishwasher, foldout sofa beds, linen, ceiling fans, large balconies, direct in-dialing, internet access, a lock-up garage and a small guest lounge which can be used as an extra bedroom (if needed). The larger Holiday Units are split level with living area/guest lounge and toilet downstairs and two bedrooms with ensuites upstairs (some even have spa baths with a view!). The resort faces due north, so the sun is always overhead and never in your eyes. In summer when the northerly winds roll in, there's always a cool breeze while in winter, the resort is protected from the strong southerly winds by the surrounding hills. More importantly, unlike the rest of Airlie Beach (which faces East), you can enjoy watching spectacular tropical sunsets from your balcony! Other resort facilities include 2 small saltwater pools connected by a waterfall, and BBQ area.
