of the Dawn

to participate in the America’s Cup celebrations. Her
present owners have sailed her to the Whitsundays to cruise

Solway
Lass
Built in Holland 1902, Solway Lass is rich in history
and has lived through both World Wars, been used for coal
carting and carried cargo until she was restored in 1984.
It was then used as a floating Restaurant in Sydney Harbour,
until it was sailed to the Whitsundays in the early 1990’s.
In early 1999 Solway Lass was remodelled for overnight
3 day & 3 night sailing holidays in the Whitsundays. Solway
Lass is fully air-conditioned and has 11 cabins for 32
guests. These cabins are private double/twin and share
